In this section you will find the details regarding the payment flow for Hype Games products that will be available in your store.
The integration with the payment gateway is your responsibility. We do not interfere in the choice and in the proof of payment process.
Division between purchase and redeem
The purchase and redeem flow are divided into three modalities, which will be presented further in the Redeem topic.

Payment confirmation and receipt
Regardless of the redeem method, after the end user has added a product to the cart, it is necessary to inform they that after payment it will not be possible to request the cancellation of the order.
This is because from the moment the Product Key is viewed or the credit is delivered to the game account, the developers consider that the product can no longer be returned.
